No, you will not need to hire a business lawyer. Maybe you will want seek one out to file your business formation papers, but as a day to day thing it is unnecessary.

If you do have any questions about the legality of a subject, and it pertains to the products you are selling, you can always ask your distributor -- you probably aren't the first to wonder.

If it is about taxes, it is not too expensive to head down to H&R Block, or some other tax preparation company and get counsel.

If you do want the assistance of an actual business lawyer, there is most likely one in your local yellow pages.  When talking to them, be very honest about your needs.  Some lawyers will help you for a very modest fee, others might even answer a few questions free of charge.
